The free tier covers full audition management with no cast size cap, no auditionee cap, and no time limit on your current plan. It is not a trial. You will not be moved to a read-only account after a set number of days. A payment method is collected at signup to streamline upgrading when you are ready, but you will not be charged while you remain on the free tier.

Founding subscriber pricing is a one-time appreciation for early supporters. It works by locking in full platform access for the first ninety days at ten dollars for organizations that subscribe prior to August 15th, 2026. After ninety days, your subscriber rate will be your standard tier price, but locked for the following twenty-four months. Founders Circle access is limited though and may close earlier than August 15th, 2026 if capacity is reached.

VivoCue is built for production seasons, not individual productions. An annual subscription gives your organization consistent access across your full season without the friction of renewals mid-production. It also lets us invest in the platform with the stability that monthly billing does not provide. Founding subscriber pricing makes the annual commitment as low-risk as possible for early adopters.

Your production records, cast lists, rehearsal logs, and communication history belong to your organization. If you choose not to renew, your account moves to read-only access for ninety days so you can retrieve your records. Nothing is deleted without notice and your data is never sold or shared.

For community theater, university, and professional organizations, pricing is based on your largest single performance venue's seat count, the same number you would report to a licensing organization. If you operate multiple venues of different sizes, use the capacity of your primary performance space.
