You will not be moved to a read-only account after a set number of days. No payment method is collected at signup, and you will not be charged while you remain on the free tier.

The Founders Circle is a one-time appreciation for early supporters. Subscribe before August 30th, 2026 and get your first month free. After that, your subscriber rate is your standard tier price. This is not a trial, it is recognition for the early supporters. Access is limited and may close before August 30th if capacity is reached.

VivoCue is built for production seasons, not individual productions. An annual subscription gives your organization consistent access across your full season without the friction of renewals mid-production. It also lets us invest in the platform with the stability that monthly billing does not provide. Founding subscriber pricing makes the annual commitment as low-risk as possible for early adopters.

Your production records, cast lists, rehearsal logs, and communication history belong to your organization. If you choose not to renew, your account moves to read-only access for ninety days so you can retrieve your records. Nothing is deleted without notice and your data is never sold or shared.

For community theater, university, and professional organizations, pricing is based on your performance venue's seat count, the same number you would report to a licensing organization. If you operate multiple venues of different sizes, use the combined capacity of your performance spaces.
